Capgemini in Irving, TX is seeking an experienced AIOps & Agentic AI Solution Architect for hybrid work. You will design and enable enterprise-scale Agentic AI, AIOps, observability, and automation solutions and translate platform capabilities into customer-specific architectures.

The role requires hands-on experience across AI agents, orchestration, integration, ITIL processes, and ITSM workflows, with strong customer-facing leadership and RFP/presales involvement.

Competenze

• 10+ years of IT experience with solution architecture in AMS/IT operations.
• Hands-on Agentic AI and GenAI architectures with enterprise integrations.
• Experience with ITIL/ITSM and ServiceNow integration for automation.

Mansioni

• Architect end-to-end Agentic AI solutions across data, knowledge, and orchestration layers.
• Design AI agents and GenAI assistants for IT ops use cases like incident triage and ticket automation.
• Develop AIOps/observability architectures with telemetry, logs, metrics, traces and alerts.
• Integrate monitoring platforms with ITSM tools such as ServiceNow.
• Create HLDs/LLDs and deployment models tailored to customer environments.
• Lead discussions with Architecture Review Boards and presales teams.
