Job summary

EPAM Systems is seeking a Lead Salesforce Agentforce Engineer to join a mid-sized Salesforce team and drive an AI-powered platform converting an enterprise IP management system into an innovative product.

You will develop Agentforce agents, mentor a development team, and collaborate in an Agile environment to shape the product roadmap while upholding clean coding standards and Git workflows. Strong experience with Apex, Visualforce, Lightning, and Agentforce is required.

Qualifications

• Over 5 years of direct experience with Salesforce Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning Components in an ISV setting.
• Experience developing and launching Agentforce agents, actions, and topics.
• Experience leading or mentoring mid-sized development teams and conducting code reviews.

• Provide leadership and mentorship to a mid-sized development team through code reviews and technical direction
• Implement sound architecture principles and clean coding standards across the platform
• Uphold Git-based source control practices throughout the development lifecycle
• Work collaboratively in an Agile environment to drive the product roadmap forward

Requirements

• Over 5 years of direct experience with Salesforce Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning Components within an ISV setting
• Proven experience developing and launching Agentforce agents, actions, and topics
• History of leading or mentoring mid-sized development teams, including conducting code reviews and offering technical guidance
• Strong command of architecture design and clean coding methodologies
• Skilled in Git-based source control systems
• Experience working within Agile team settings
• English proficiency at B2 level or higher
