Smart IT Frame LLC in the USA is seeking a hands-on Agentforce Developer with strong Sales and Service Cloud expertise to lead enterprise implementations. The role requires deep Salesforce experience, including data migration, integrations, and technical leadership in client-facing engagements.

The candidate will mentor the team, design scalable solutions, review code, and align delivery with project timelines while collaborating with project managers and stakeholders across client environments.

Formación

• Must have working knowledge of Agentforce.
• At least 10 years of Salesforce experience.
• Excellent knowledge of Salesforce Sales/Service Cloud features.
• Able to recommend best practices around design and development.
• Lead and mentor the team in designing and reviewing code and best practices.
• Hands-on with LWC, Aura, Apex, Visualforce.
• Rich experience in data migration and enterprise integrations.
• Maps the project lifecycle with the project manager and manages rollout and post-deliverable strategy.
• Experience in planning, estimation, delivery model, and client interaction skills.

Primary skills

• Must have working knowledge of Agentforce
• Should have at least 10 years of Salesforce Experience
• Excellent Knowledge of Salesforce Sales Service Cloud features
• Should be able to recommend best practices around design and development
• Must be able to lead and mentor the team in designing and review of code guide and encourage the team to follow these best practices
• Should have hands working knowledge of various tools like LWC Aura Apex Visualforce etc
• Should have rich experience in data migration and working in a highly integrated enterprise application
• Maps the project life cycle with the project manager and Manages rollout and postdeliverable strategy
• Experience in planning estimation delivery model customer facing roles and effective client interaction skills

Secondary Nice to have:

• Salesforce certifications like Platform Developer I or II App Builder or Administrator
