Job summary

Motion Recruitment Partners seeks an entrepreneurial Senior Agent PM to own the full end-to-end mortgage origination lifecycle—from point of sale through capital markets delivery—within our vertically-integrated platform.

You will leverage applied AI to drive document extraction, optimizers, and MCP servers, helping accelerate the platform's speed and scale while collaborating with product, engineering, and GTM teams.

Qualifications

• 4+ years in software, PM or engineering.
• Experience building 0-1 enterprise software in regulated industries.
• Ability to map and understand the mortgage value chain.
• Experience conducting user research using diverse methods.
• Ability to run SQL queries to analyze data and derive insights.
• Experience creating wireframes and workflows with Figma or similar tools.
• Strong collaboration with designers and product stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end mortgage origination lifecycle from POS to capital markets.
• Onboard and manage 3rd party integrations.
• Leverage AI/LLMs in specs and design, expanding solution space.
• Spec, build, and launch new loan products.
• Partner with GTM and Account Management to ensure customer success.
