Qualifications

• Must hold a Juris Doctorate and be licensed to practice law in Missouri or another state.
• Minimum 5 years of progressive responsibility as an attorney in private practice, public sector, or in-house.
• Ability to work independently on complex legal matters with integrity.
• Excellent analytical, communication, and decision‑making skills.
