Job summary

The role focuses on managing high-value customer relationships and underwriting credit while expanding business in the market.

The ideal candidate has 3–5+ years of credit and underwriting experience, a solid agricultural lending background, and proven ability to develop and maintain strategic client relationships,

Qualifications

• 3-5+ years of credit and underwriting experience.

Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of 30-40 customer relationships.
• Develop and maintain agricultural and commercial lending relationships.
• Focus on relationships with $1MM+ aggregate balances.
• Generate new business while retaining and expanding existing relationships.
• Serve as the primary relationship manager for assigned customers.
• Conduct annual renewals, pricing discussions, and term negotiations.
• Partner with Credit, Operations, and other internal teams.
• Monitor portfolio performance, utilization, and credit risk.
• Collect and review financial statements and required documentation.
• Maintain accurate pipeline, portfolio, and relationship activity.
• Identify opportunities for additional financing and banking services.
