Job summary

Flowserve Corporation, a world‑leading manufacturer and aftermarket service provider of flow control systems, seeks a Staff Aftermarket Engineer for FPD Service & Solutions in North America Parts Group. You will work with Senior Engineers to develop long‑term solutions for customers’ legacy pump equipment and provide technical support.

The role requires a BS in engineering and parametric modeling skills, with opportunities to craft BOMs, drawings, and documentation for build‑to‑order products

Qualifications

• Engineering degree, Bachelor of Science – minimum.
• Parametric modeling capability required.
• Interpreting technical reports and documentation.
• Interpreting part and assembly drawings with GD&T.
• Effective oral and written communication.
• Collaborative interpersonal skills.
• Accountability for timely, specifications‑driven work.
• Basic IT tools knowledge (Windows, MS Office, Adobe).
• Ability to perform basic calculations.

Responsibilities

• Reviews technical documentation to validate performance and suggests modifications.
• Develops BOMs, general/ machine drawings, layouts for build‑to‑order products.
• Verifies components to ensure compliance with project specifications.
• Evaluates project plans against customer and contract requirements.
• Prepares and releases technical job documentation.
• Interfaces with engineering databases and programs for job duties.
• Uses management tools and standards to ensure timely project completion.
• Collaborates with other teams to bring jobs to fruition.
