Job summary

You will coordinate with HUD/TCAC and City inspections, process leases, and manage relationships with government agencies. Strong communication, admin, and tech skills are essential for daily duties.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years of experience in property management.
• Experience supervising staff members.
• Experience with Section 8/42 regulations.
• Experience with periodic inspections (HUD/TCAC/City).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in MS Word, Excel, and Outlook.
• Detail-oriented with reliable transportation and valid CA driver’s license.
• Proof of auto insurance.

Responsibilities

• Supervise all community team members.
• Complete weekly, monthly, quarterly and annual reports.
• Maintain resident files in compliance with management and funding regulations.
• Process applicants and lease units per Resident Selection Criteria.
• Maintain relationships with local government agencies (HUD, TCAC, etc.).
• Conduct regular follow-up inspections on maintenance, grounds and common areas.
• Collect rents and manage delinquent accounts.
