Job summary

You will oversee maintenance, administer leases, manage resources, and lead on-site personnel to ensure stabilized fiscal operations. You should bring 2–5 years of property management experience, plus knowledge of Fair Housing and LIHC rules.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years of property management experience.
• Experience supervising on-site personnel.
• Knowledge of Low Income Housing Credit (LIHC) and Fair Housing regulations.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all on-site personnel.
• Prepare reports related to the status of the community.
• Maintain accurate resident files per policy and funding requirements.
• Process applicants to maintain near-100% occupancy.
• Oversee maintenance including unit inspections and preventive maintenance scheduling.
• Collect rents and address delinquencies.
