Job summary

BCG Attorney Search in San Francisco seeks a Senior Affordable Housing Associate with extensive experience in affordable housing and real estate transactions.

You will manage multi-party, multi-deadline transactions; draft core deal documents; coordinate with lenders, investors and government agencies; and advise on LIHTC, tax-exempt financings, HUD programs and mixed-finance projects. A JD and active bar membership are required; six+ years of experience preferred.
