Job summary

BCG Attorney Search in Anchorage, AK seeks a Senior Affordable Housing Associate to join its Real Estate Practice Group. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience with affordable housing deals, LIHTC financing, and HUD programs, and a strong commitment to client service.

Responsibilities include managing full lifecycle of deals, drafting and negotiating development and partnership agreements, coordinating with lenders and agencies, and advising on complex financing structures.

Qualifications

• Six or more years of affordable housing experience.
• Experience with LIHTC, tax-exempt bond financings, and layered financing structures.
• Familiarity with HUD programs and mixed-finance projects.
