BCG Attorney Search in San Diego, CA, seeks a Senior Affordable Housing Associate with six or more years of experience to join its Real Estate Practice Group. You will work on a variety of affordable housing projects, providing legal counsel on development and financing.

The role involves managing multi-party, multi-deadline transactions, negotiating development and loan documents, and coordinating with lenders, investors, and government agencies. A JD and active bar status are required.

Qualifications

• Six or more years of affordable housing experience.
• Experience with LIHTC, tax-exempt bond financings, and layered financing structures.
• Familiarity with HUD programs and state housing finance requirements.
• JD and active bar membership in good standing.
