MarketOnce is hiring a Senior Affiliate Marketing Manager to grow and lead affiliate programs for clients. This hands-on role requires deep publisher relationships, strategic thinking, and the ability to drive performance across multiple verticals in a fast-paced agency setting.

The role emphasizes recruitment, negotiation, and content commerce strategies, with a focus on delivering measurable results for client partners.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of affiliate marketing experience with a proven track record of growing client programs.
• Established relationships with publishers across multiple verticals.
• Working knowledge of major affiliate networks: CJ, Rakuten, Awin, Impact, Pepperjam.
• Client-first mindset, acts as an extension of clients’ teams.
• Proven ability to work independently and manage diverse responsibilities.

Responsibilities

• Client Partnership and Strategy: understand KPIs, seasonality, margins, and brand guidelines; align affiliate goals with growth plans.
• Publisher Recruitment and Relationship Management: recruit and nurture publishers across niches; maintain diverse partner mix.
• Negotiation and Partnership Optimization: negotiate placements, launches, exclusive deals, and payouts.
• Content Commerce and Influencer Strategy: drive content-driven affiliate activity and influencer collaborations; manage coverage reporting.
• Reporting and Performance: deliver regular client reports; translate data into strategic recommendations to improve performance.
