ClickDealer, a leading CPA network, is seeking a Senior Affiliate Manager to lead affiliate partnerships and drive revenue growth.

You will recruit and grow top-tier affiliates, manage key accounts, oversee campaigns, monitor traffic quality, and share market insights to inform strategy. 3+ years in affiliate marketing and fluent English are required. You will own revenue growth targets monthly, quarterly, and annually in a fast-paced, global team.

• Fluent in written and spoken English
• Strong communication and negotiation skills

Responsibilities

• Recruiting and growing top-tier affiliates, managing key accounts
• Acting as the main point of contact from contracts to day-to-day support
• Running multiple campaigns: budgets, payouts, creatives, offer updates
• Monitoring traffic quality and volume, catching risks early
• Keeping a pulse on market trends and sharing insights with the team
• Owning revenue growth - monthly, quarterly, and annual targets
