Job summary

Gohighlevel is seeking an Affiliate Enablement Manager to build onboarding and coaching frameworks for the affiliate team, coordinating with partners to accelerate time-to-first-activation.

This build role creates playbooks, training sequences, and a centralized knowledge hub, while collaborating with leadership and attending events to promote strong partner relationships and revenue growth.

Qualifications

  • 4–6 years in affiliate program management, channel partner enablement, sales enablement, or a directly adjacent role.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or equivalent practical experience.
  • Strong English written and verbal communication; willingness to travel to Dallas.

Responsibilities

  • Own onboarding for every new affiliate manager joining the affiliate team.
  • Build a structured learning path: 7 days, 30 days, and 90 days; own content, sequences, and checkpoints.
  • Own a continuous, always-on enablement cadence for existing AFMs to keep product knowledge and call quality current.
  • Create and maintain a centralized internal repository of playbooks, SOPs, and tools accessible within seconds.
  • Design and own onboarding for all new affiliates outside the endorsed tier; build product knowledge baseline for top affiliates.
  • Collaborate with Affiliate Partner individuals to build lifecycle communication sequences (email, SMS, in-app).
  • Work cross-functionally to optimize the onboarding process for broader team goals.
  • Provide reports for senior leadership, finance, revenue operations, and other stakeholders.
  • Attend affiliate industry events, conferences, and meetups representing Gohighlevel and building direct relationships.
