Job summary

Credence is seeking a Senior AF DCGS Strategy, Policy & Manpower Analyst to support HQ ACC/A3/2D. You will serve as a senior advisor on AF DCGS strategy, policy, manpower, and force management, ensuring alignment with operational priorities and force structure.

The role requires TS/SCI clearance, a MA/MS in a related field, and 10+ years of Air Force ISR experience. Primary duty location is HQ ACC, Langley, VA, with occasional CONUS/OCONUS travel.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Intelligence Studies, National Security, Military Studies, Business Administration, Program Management, or related field.
• Security clearance TS/SCI required.
• 10+ years of directly relevant experience in AF ISR, AF DCGS, or related DoD mission areas.

Responsibilities

• Provide senior-level advisory and analytical support for AF DCGS strategy, policy, manpower, and force management initiatives.
• Support development and implementation of AF and ACC strategic plans and execution strategies.
• Prepare and review strategic plans, executive summaries, and decision-support materials for senior leaders.
