Job summary

RCT Systems is seeking a Senior Resource Management professional to support Langley AFB and related DCGS operations, coordinating airborne SIGINT missions and sensor networks from a centralized site. You will perform diagnostics, troubleshooting, and real-time coordination with operations and maintenance teams.

The role requires TS/SCI clearance, a technical degree or equivalent DCGS experience, and 3+ years in information system security management with 2+ years in DCGS operations.

Qualifications

• Active TS/SCI clearance required.
• Education: Associate's degree in a technical field or 5+ years of DCGS experience.
• Experience: 3+ years in Information System Security Management and 2+ years in DCGS operations.
• Certifications: DoD 8570.1 IAT Level II or IAM Level I and IASAE Level I.

Responsibilities

• Manage multiple airborne SIGINT missions for core and DMS sites.
• Interface with aircraft, sensors, networks, and O&M teams.
• Conduct system analysis, diagnostics, and fault isolation.
• Provide ground support for SIGINT systems and networks.
• Contribute to process improvement and resource management updates.
