Qualifications

• U.S. citizenship is required.
• Educational requirements reflect welding engineering expertise with extensive experience.
• Must have a valid driver's license and be able to operate customer-owned vehicles.

Responsibilities

• Develop welding techniques, procedures, and applications for aluminum aerospace structures.
• Lead welding manufacturing projects and coordinate with engineers and technicians.
• Prepare technical reports and establish welding procedures for production guidance.
• Evaluate new welding developments and participate in nonconformance resolution.
