Job summary

Qualifications

• 7+ years hands-on experience in aerospace fastener thread-rolling.
• Strong understanding of GD&T and aerospace blueprint interpretation.
• Familiarity with ERP/MRP systems.

Responsibilities

• Serves as the subject-matter expert for thread-forming processes.
• Leads Six Sigma and Lean initiatives to improve thread-rolling.
• Partners with NPI engineering to define thread-forming strategies.
