Qualifications

• Hands-on experience using hand tools to support assembly and testing tasks.
• Proficiency with basic mechanical concepts and testing procedures.
• Strong written and verbal communication for teamwork and reporting.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with engineers to build, test, and refine aircraft seats and furniture to meet safety and performance standards.
• Provide expert technical support across a range of engineering tasks including structural testing.
• Review test article builds, procedures, and results and offer feedback and recommendations.
• Document test results and prepare reports using MS Word/Excel.
• Interpret engineering drawings to guide assembly and testing processes.
