Qualifications
10+ years of experience for Staff role or 12+ years for Senior Staff role.
Working knowledge of Aviation Development guidelines: ARP4754, ARP4761, DO-178, DO-254.
Experience supporting the creation of Safety Hazard Assessment, Failure Mode and Effects Analysis, Fault Tree Analysis.
Responsibilities
Develop and implement robust system architectures for Aerospace Electronics.
Work with customers to identify high-level application requirements.
Lead teams in executing complex engineering projects.
Identify and resolve intricate technical challenges.
Advise senior management on emerging technologies.
Guide and mentor junior engineers.
