Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience for Staff role or 12+ years for Senior Staff role.
• Working knowledge of Aviation Development guidelines: ARP4754, ARP4761, DO-178, DO-254.
• Experience supporting the creation of Safety Hazard Assessment, Failure Mode and Effects Analysis, Fault Tree Analysis.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement robust system architectures for Aerospace Electronics.
• Work with customers to identify high-level application requirements.
• Lead teams in executing complex engineering projects.
• Identify and resolve intricate technical challenges.
• Advise senior management on emerging technologies.
• Guide and mentor junior engineers.
