Job summary

Greenpoint Technologies in Bothell, WA, is seeking a Senior Supplier Program Manager to lead supplier performance and execution across complex programs. The role acts as the primary interface between PMO and supply chain, ensuring alignment to program requirements, schedules, and technical expectations.

The VP focuses on proactive risk management, recovery execution, and cross-functional alignment with Engineering, Procurement, Operations, and Quality to ensure supplier performance supports

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, Operations, Business, or related field required.
• 6-8 years of experience in supply chain, supplier management, or program execution within aerospace or complex manufacturing environments.
• Demonstrated ability to lead supplier performance, risk management, and recovery efforts.
• Experience driving cross-functional alignment across Engineering, Procurement, Operations, and Program Management.

Responsibilities

• Lead supplier integration for complex/high-risk suppliers and align with internal teams to meet program requirements.
• Own supplier strategies, engagement, execution approach, and performance expectations.
• Monitor delivery schedules, risks, and budget impacts with corrective actions.
• Manage supplier risk register with mitigation plans and follow-through.
• Lead supplier readiness assessments at key milestones (design release, production, delivery).
• Coordinate supplier escalation and recovery efforts across functions.
• Align supplier plans with program schedules, ensuring realistic commitments.
• Identify early supplier risks related to capacity, design maturity, and sub-tier dependencies.
