Job summary

Greenpoint Technologies in Bothell, WA seeks a Requirements Manager to lead deployment of requirements management processes for the Engineering Department, ensuring traceability and compliance throughout the aerospace project lifecycle.

You will develop substantiation and safety documentation, coordinate with engineers and clients, manage changes, and create verification plans to support aircraft modification programs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Systems Engineering or equivalent, 3+ years relevant experience, aviation background preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead development, implementation, and improvement of requirements management tools and processes.
• Collaborate with engineers, designers, and clients to translate business needs into technical requirements.
• Create clear requirement documents with traceability between requirements and deliverables.
• Manage changes to requirements and assess impact on scope, schedule, and budget.
• Develop substantiation and safety documents and create verification test plans.
• Identify and report risks and mitigations for programs.
