As a Warehouse Associate you will manage work orders, shipping, receiving and inventory control, while maintaining accuracy, safety and timely delivery in a busy warehouse.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• 1–2 years of related experience preferred.
• US Person status as defined by ITAR Regulations is required.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in handling inventory.
• Regular and predictable attendance is required.
• Proficient with basic computer use and data entry.

Responsibilities

• Inspect and identify aircraft parts and receive them into computer software applications.
• Load/unload inventory onto shipping containers and flatbed trucks.
• Read customer orders, work orders, shipping orders and requisitions to determine items to be pulled from inventory.
• Package parts to ship to customers using specific packaging methods to ensure protection and customer specifications.
• Maintain inventory controls by documenting part traceability and storing pictures on the company network drive.
• Weigh, count and inspect items to ensure conformance to established standards.
• Assist in counting, tarping and movement of physical inventory.
• Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
• Maintain quality service by following organization standards.
