Venus Aerospace Corp. is seeking a Senior Aerospace Structures Engineer to independently own structural design and/or analysis across components and assemblies. You will contribute throughout the hardware development lifecycle, mentoring engineers and shaping internal processes.

Based in Houston, TX, the role offers on-site or remote work within the United States, with occasional travel for hardware support and testing. ITAR compliance is a requirement.

Responsibilities

• Own structural design and/or analysis of components and assemblies.
• Collaborate with other engineering teams to establish internal processes and standards.
• Mentor developing engineers in a fast-paced startup environment.
• Support the full hardware development lifecycle from concept through testing and qualification.
