This role also involves approving analyses and communicating results to stakeholders. You will collaborate with multiple engineering teams, establish internal processes, and mentor junior engineers in a fast-paced startup environment.

Responsibilities

• Own structural design and/or analysis of components and assemblies.
• Collaborate with other engineering teams and mentor developing engineers.
• Contribute across the full hardware development lifecycle from design to qualification.
• Support manufacturing, testing, and qualification activities.
