Responsibilities

• Perform structural assembly operations using required tools and prints to meet specifications.
• Rivet structural assemblies and parts using all required tools.
• Read blueprints, lofts, sketches and operation sheets to determine sequence and rivet size.
• Mentor and train teammates in blueprint interpretation and process improvements.
• Ensure conformance to internal and FAA paperwork, quality specs and customer expectations.
