Qualifications

• 2 years related structural assembly experience.
• Solumina and Smarteam experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Safely assemble and fit detail parts and structures; perform drilling and riveting per specs.
• Rivet assemblies using appropriate tools and ensure no damage to structure.
• Read work orders, blueprints, and specs to determine hole patterns and sequences.
• Verify work and ensure defect-free assemblies before inspection.
• Maintain logs and records (MIR, DMTs, Crabs, PCOs) accurately.
• Align parts with jigs and fixtures; form complex angles per blueprints.
• Make repairs per DMT/MRR/PCO; rework to meet conformity.
• Maintain clean, safe workspace and follow 5S and safety rules.
