Job summary

The Mice Groups Inc. is seeking an experienced Aeronautical Engineer to advance weight-optimized, airworthy components and complex structural assemblies. The role covers design from concept through production with strong NASTRAN and CAD capabilities.

Applicants should have a Bachelor's in Aeronautical Engineering, 10–15 years in spacecraft/aerospace design, and proven hand-stress analysis experience. Fluency in English and proficiency with MS Word/Excel/Teams are essential.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Aeronautical engineering (or equivalent)
  • 10–15 years of aerospace engineering design experience (concept to production)
  • 5–10 years in classical hand stress analysis
  • Proficiency in English (spoken & written) and MS Word, MS Excel, MS Teams
  • Ability to work well in a team
  • Experience from conceptual design to 3D modeling, hand calculations, and validation of FEM/FEA
  • Knowledge of aircraft structural analysis methods and FAA/military regulatory considerations
  • Proficiency in NASTRAN and FEMAP/ANSYS/NX or equivalent for finite element modeling

Responsibilities

  • Support development of weight-optimized, compliant airworthy components and assemblies
  • Perform detailed 3D designs and generate CAD drawings
  • Support manufacturing and assembly of components
