A leading global Aerospace business is looking for a Senior Strategic Sourcing Analyst to optimize sourcing strategies and manage supplier relationships. The role offers a hybrid work model with 3 days onsite and 2 days remote in Avon, MA or Wallingford, CT. Candidates should have a bachelor's degree in a technical discipline and relevant procurement experience. Competitive salary range is $95,000 – $115,000 per year plus bonus.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of Aerospace coatings procurement experience preferred.
• Ability to effectively read, write, and communicate in English.
• Must be a U.S. Citizen or Permanent Resident.

• Deliver value across regional and global Aerospace platforms through structured category management.
• Combine category ownership with upstream R&D collaboration to support new product development.
• Maintain robust supplier relationships and performance reviews.
