Job summary

Honeywell Aerospace is seeking a Senior Strategic Sourcing Specialist to lead procurement strategy and supplier performance in a hybrid role out of Phoenix or Tempe, AZ. You will drive cost reductions, manage supplier performance, and implement value-adding sourcing initiatives with cross-functional teams.

Qualified candidates typically have 5+ years in procurement or related fields, experience with SAP/e-sourcing tools, and a Master’s in Supply Chain or MBA.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in Procurement, Supply Chain, Finance, or related fields.
• Proficient in data analytics using Excel.
• Self-starter with strong organization and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute annual and strategic procurement plans.
• Lead supplier selection, RFQ/RFI processes, and negotiations.
• Improve working capital through terms optimization and vendor managed inventories.
• Manage category strategies, spend analytics, and market trends.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, Technology, Operations, Finance, and Quality.
