Job summary

The Judge Group is seeking a Quality Manager in the Montgomery, PA area to lead Quality Engineers, Inspectors, and Supplier Quality teams. The role focuses on sustaining AS9100 and ISO 9001 quality systems, conducting audits, and driving supplier quality programs in defense, aerospace, or space programs.

The ideal leader will guide MRB and CAPA activities, interpret complex drawings and specifications, and interface with customers and government agencies to maintain compliance and continuous

Qualifications

Leadership experience managing Quality Engineers, Inspectors, and supplier quality teams.
Strong expertise with AS9100 and ISO 9001 quality systems.
Experience supporting Defense, Aerospace, or Space programs.
Supplier Quality Management, supplier audits, and corrective action programs.
Root Cause Analysis, CAPA, CAR/PAR, FMEA, and continuous improvement methodologies.
MRB leadership experience.
Quality auditing (internal, external, customer, and supplier).
Configuration management, document control, and change management.
Experience interpreting technical drawings, specifications, SOWs, and quality requirements.
Strong customer-facing and executive communication skills.
