Qualifications

• Advanced organizational skills and DMAIC proficiency.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with customers and suppliers.

Responsibilities

• Lead quality culture and drive performance across the organization.
• Audit quality management systems and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Provide technical support to internal/external customers and suppliers.
• Collaborate with production and development teams to maintain supply.
• Deliver timely, compliant customer service and improved quality metrics.
• Develop robust corrective actions to reduce rework and defects.
