Job summary

The role requires advanced knowledge of project management frameworks, 4–6 years of experience, and a PMP is preferred. You will mentor junior PMs, report to executives, and support SOAR-driven value creation.

Qualifications

• Advanced knowledge of project management frameworks and methodologies.
• Experience leading complex enterprise projects and multi-disciplinary teams.
• Proven ability to deliver projects on time and within budget.
• Excellent verbal and written communication with executive stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead planning and execution of large, complex, or cross-functional projects.
• Establish project governance, structure, and execution frameworks.
• Manage project budgets, resource allocation, and program timelines.
• Partner with senior leaders to ensure alignment with strategic goals.
• Monitor project risks, dependencies, and cross-functional impacts.
• Provide executive-level reporting and project performance metrics.
• Mentor junior project managers and support development of PM practices.
• Drive continuous improvement of PM processes and tools.
