Job summary

Sonaca North America is seeking a Program Manager to lead complex aerospace programs from planning through execution. You will coordinate multi-disciplinary teams, manage customer relationships, and monitor program margins and delivery metrics to ensure profitability and on-time performance.

The role requires 3–5 years in program management within manufacturing or aerospace, strong communication, and the ability to influence across functions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field.
• 3–5 years of program/project management experience in manufacturing/aerospace.
• Strong analytical and communication skills; ability to influence cross-functionally.

Responsibilities

• Lead assigned Program(s) and develop/execute Program Plans; track deviations and drive recovery actions.
• Lead a cross-functional PM team (Engineering, Quality, Purchasing) to maximize collaboration and performance.
• Coordinate with Sales, Proposal, and Production as needed; manage customer relationships as applicable.
• Serve as SPOC for customers; manage contract deviations and negotiate impacts.
• Track KPIs (financial margin, OTD, OQD) and provide monthly KPI dashboards to senior leadership.
• Provide weekly status/reports to the program team and PMO Manager; escalate complex issues as needed.
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within the PM system.
