Job summary

Signia Aerospace in Cleveland, OH seeks an experienced Project Manager to lead large, cross-functional initiatives across engineering, operations, and supply chain. You will establish governance, allocate resources, and drive on-time delivery with measurable business outcomes.

The role requires advanced knowledge of project management frameworks, 4–6 years of experience, and a PMP is preferred. You will mentor junior PMs, report to executives, and support SOAR-driven value creation.

Requirements

Key Responsibilities:

Leads large or strategically significant projects involving multiple stakeholders, departments, or business functions. Provides leadership in project management practices, mentors other project managers, and ensures projects deliver measurable business outcomes.
