Job summary

ST Engineering MRAS in Maryland is seeking a Program Manager to lead a contract program within a matrix organization, directing scope, schedule, cost and performance. You will plan complex interdepartmental projects and maintain PM Plans and risk registers.

You will support weekly program/CCB/PCB meetings with customers and require a bachelor’s degree with 7+ years of PM experience; PMP preferred and ability to travel internationally.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree and 7+ years of Program Management experience.
  • PMP certification preferred and global customer exposure.
  • Strong leadership, planning and risk management capabilities.

  • Identify, schedule, and manage scope to accomplish program contract and business objectives.

  • Track, report and execute projects to scope, cost and schedule objectives.

What YOU Will Do
  • Identify, schedule, and manage scope to accomplish program contract and business objectives (Delivery, Financial, Technical, Quality).
  • Plan complex interdepartmental projects to meet program and business objectives.
  • Track, report and execute assigned projects to scope, cost and schedule objectives.
  • Maintain Program Management Plans and Risk Registers.
  • Support weekly; Program, Configuration Control Board (CCB), Program Control Board (PCB) meetings, and Customer meetings.
What YOU Must Bring To Succeed
  • Bachelor’s degree from accredited institution with a minimum of 7 years relevant Program Management experience.
Desired Characteristics
  • High critical thinking, communication, leadership, and influencing skills with balanced technical, financial, and business acumen.
  • Ability to perform under pressure with high degree of self and team accountability.
  • Ability to support on-site and travel internationally.
  • Minor Degree in Project Management or equivalent relevant industry experience.
  • PMP certification is preferred
  • Experience with Global Customers

Estimate salary range for this role: $130,000 to $160,000 per year. ST Engineering considers several factors with extending job offers, including but not limited to candidates' key skills, relevant work experience, education/training/certification, job level, and work location. Base salary is only one component of our competitive Total Rewards package.
