Qualifications

• U.S. Citizenship is required by Federal Law.
• 6–10+ years of Program Management experience in aerospace/defense or a complex technical manufacturing environment.
• Experience managing multiple programs simultaneously in fast-paced settings.
• Demonstrated customer-facing experience managing external customers and high-visibility relationships.
• Strong financial management experience, including ETC/EAC forecasting, margins, and budgets.

Responsibilities

• Lead execution of assigned aerospace and defense programs as the primary customer-facing representative.
• Manage multiple complex programs exceeding $100M in annual revenue.
• Own program financial performance including ETC, EAC, forecasting, margins, and budgets.
• Lead customer communications, contract negotiations, proposal activities, pricing discussions, and issue resolution.
• Ensure contractual requirements, schedules, budgets, deliverables, and commitments are met.
• Lead proposal development, cost volumes, pricing recommendations, and bid/no-bid assessments.
