The role reports to the Program Senior Director and is an on-site position with a 9/80 schedule. You will help drive operational excellence and contribute to innovations in flight safety and efficiency.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience managing aerospace programs and delivering complex projects on time and within budget.
• Ability to define program scope, objectives, and deliverables with cross-functional teams.
• Proficiency with aerospace industry program management methodologies and tools.
• Experience developing and presenting proposals for new and repeat business opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Lead aerospace and defense programs to ensure successful execution and alignment with customer and business goals.
• Define program scope, objectives, and deliverables with cross-functional teams.
• Develop and implement detailed program plans including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.
• Monitor progress and ensure adherence to schedules and budgets.
• Identify, assess, and mitigate risks impacting program delivery.
• Coordinate stakeholder communications and provide regular updates.
• Drive continuous improvement of program management processes.
• Develop proposals for new opportunities and present to Senior Leadership.
