Job summary

Honeywell Aerospace is seeking a Senior Program Specialist in the United States to lead complex programs, ensuring successful execution and alignment with business goals. You will manage timelines, budgets, and stakeholder communications while coordinating across technical, operational, and customer-facing teams.

The role requires 3–5 years of PM experience, U.S. citizenship, and a hybrid work arrangement with 3 days on-site and 2 days remote. Travel 25–30% is expected.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in project/program management or related roles.
• U.S. Citizen due to contractual requirements.

Responsibilities

• Oversee end-to-end project lifecycle, ensuring alignment with goals, customer satisfaction, and timelines & budget.
• Develop and manage project plans, schedules, milestones, deliverables, and resource allocation.
• Own project budgets, forecast revenue, track costs, identify cost-saving opportunities, and support financial reporting.
• Manage risk, contract & change management, issue resolution, project controls, and performance monitoring.
• Address manufacturing/supply base issues to meet delivery dates and increase capacity.
• Create and implement risk mitigation strategies for delivery impact.
• Use project management tools for scheduling, reporting, forecasting, and status tracking.
• Lead cross-functional teams across technical, operations, and customer-facing stakeholders.
• Analyze data to provide actionable insights for outcomes improvements.
• Travel 25–30% as needed to meet clients and project teams.
