Job summary

Anduril Industries is seeking a Senior Financial Analyst for the Connected Warfare division. You will partner with growth, engineering, and operations to maximize value, forecast the income statement and balance sheet, and deliver top-tier financial reporting across multiple products and programs.

You’ll own rolling forecasts, drive variance analysis at the contract and product level, and build automated FP&A dashboards to improve visibility.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in FP&A, strategic finance, program finance, or another highly analytical corporate role.
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
• Ability to operate independently and navigate ambiguity in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong understanding of financial systems, data management, and financial modeling.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with ability to translate numbers into narratives for non-finance stakeholders.
• Proven ability to work in a dynamic, team-based environment.
• U.S. citizenship and eligibility for a security clearance.

Responsibilities

• Lead contract and product profit margin analysis.
• Own rolling monthly forecasts with growth, product, and program stakeholders.
• Present internal management reporting with clear narratives on performance vs. plan.
• Maintain EAC integrity and develop accurate ETC forecasts.
• Forecast income statement and balance sheet by contract and business line.
• Lead monthly/quarterly/annual variance analysis at multiple accounting levels.
• Design, build, and automate FP&A reports and dashboards to improve visibility.
• Collaborate on pricing and proposals for new business.
• Drive improvements in reporting tools, systems, and procedures.
• Support long-range planning and ad hoc analyses.
