Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering, Aerospace Engineering, or related field with 5 years of relevant experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead cross-functional engineering projects by managing scope, schedule, budget, and deliverables to achieve program milestones on time and within budget.
• Prepare and present technical and program status updates to CIPT and Pratt & Whitney leadership, communicating progress, risks, and required actions.
• Lead engineering change execution, risk assessments, investigations, and mitigation planning to reduce cost, schedule, and technical exposure across the project lifecycle.
• Analyze performance data to identify issues, develop solutions, and optimize efficiency while minimizing disruption to project operations.
• Support proposal efforts by developing accurate BOEs and preparing Earned Value Management (EVM) reports for EVMS-compliant tasks.
