Job summary

Belcan Corporation is seeking a senior Process Engineer in Indianapolis, IN to develop and implement manufacturing processes for complex sheet metal and machined assemblies in aerospace and related industries.

The ideal candidate has at least 7 years of aerospace engineering experience, strong blueprint reading and GD&T skills, and proficiency with Siemens NX or AutoCAD, plus ERP/MRP knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Develop written processes from customer drawings to meet quality requirements.
• Collaborate with Quality, Engineering, and Manufacturing for process improvements.
• Manage product lifecycle from PO receipt to shipment, including BOM and shop routings.
• Provide technical support throughout development and production cycles.
• Communicate with internal and external customers and support program management.
