Job summary

The Planner role at Triumph Geared Solutions- Macomb is responsible for the overall schedule of their respective customers. The Planner will maintain customer schedules using the ERP system to ensure demand aligns with internal supply and will coordinate with our expeditor to keep product delivery on time.

It requires collaboration with Contracts and Program Management to align schedules with manufacturing capability and to create and maintain daily/weekly shipments with inspection and shipping

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree required.
• Minimum 5 years experience as a planner.
• Ability to promote the company vision, communicating effectively both verbally and in writing.
• Ability to handle multiple projects at the same time.
• Must organize daily plans for many department personnel.
• Proficient in creating, managing and manipulating data in spreadsheets.

Responsibilities

• Manage work orders to customer demand.
• Manage and prioritize source list.
• Review production schedules and communicate with expeditor MFG needs.
• Create daily/weekly ship schedules.
• Work with Master Scheduler to identify risks/opportunities.
• Ensure all MRB and Rework work orders align with customer demand.
• Work with expeditor to create and maintain expedited plans.
• Manage Ship Schedule.
