Job summary

Triumph Geared Solutions in Macomb, MI is seeking an Analyst, Planning to own the overall scheduling for customer demand and ensure on-time deliveries. The role involves maintaining ERP-driven schedules and collaborating with Contracts, Program Management, and expeditors to meet commitments.

The Planner will create daily/weekly ship schedules and help manage risks and opportunities across production, logistics, and supplier activities.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree required.
Minimum 5 years experience as a planner.
Strong written and verbal communication required.
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Must be able to organize daily plans for various departments.

Responsibilities

Create daily/weekly ship schedules.
Coordinate with expeditor to align production with customer demand.
Communicate with Contracts and Program Management to align schedules with manufacturing capabilities.
Manage and maintain ship schedules with inspection and shipping.
Identify risks/opportunities and coordinate with Master Scheduler.
Review milestones and manage procurement-related timelines.
Prepare shipment lists for stock shipments.
Communicate production needs to expeditors and purchasing.
