Job summary

Triumph Geared Solutions in Park City, UT is seeking an Assembly Technician to perform assembly and test operations on precision aerospace power drive products. The role requires reading complex blueprints, using precision instruments, and handling aluminum, magnesium, titanium, and steel components.

The candidate should be ready for overtime and adaptable to changing tasks. Applicants should have a High School Diploma; an Advanced Technical Degree is a plus, with aerospace experience preferred.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma required; Advanced Technical Degree a plus.
• Two years aerospace experience preferred.
• Fluent with reading complex assembly blueprints and specs.
• Proficiency in MS Office: Word & Excel.
• Familiarity with AS9100 processes preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform assembly and test operations on aerospace power drive products (gearboxes, brakes, clutches, hubs, pumps, actuators).
• Use precision measuring tools to verify tolerances per docs and instructions.
• Work with aluminum, magnesium, titanium and steel components.
• Install hardware and perform heat-related assembly tasks (thermal fit).
• Inspect interiors using borescopes and perform flow/pressure tests.
