Job summary

Triumph Geared Solutions, based in Park City, UT, seeks a Product Line Director to steer strategic direction and profitability of a defined aerospace product line. You will lead a cross-functional team to deliver customer value, manage pricing, forecasting, and a multi-year growth plan while ensuring compliance with ITAR/EAR requirements.

Qualifications

• Ownership of product line agenda, priorities, and due dates to exceed customer expectations and maximize value.
• Entrepreneurial, self-starter with bias for action and urgency.
• Strong critical thinking, problem solving, and data‑driven decision making.
• Ability to manage and prioritize multiple initiatives simultaneously.
• Solid business acumen and effective communication across functions.
• Track new business bookings through structured tools.
• Maintain Time & Territory plans with VP of Sales & Business Development.

Responsibilities

• Manage the product line end-to-end, achieving bookings, sales, and EBITDA goals.
• Develop pricing strategies, forecasting, and budgeting to maximize profitability.
• Drive value creation through market-based pricing and productivity initiatives.
• Define and execute product line strategies for year-over-year growth.
• Create and implement growth strategies including Go/No-Go decisions.
• Prepare Annual Business Unit Plans with quarterly targets.
• Lead cross-functional Product Line Team across engineering, manufacturing, sales, and marketing.
