Job summary

This senior role manages operations and business development, coordinating with the GM and across all departments to drive improvements, cost reductions, and smarter production practices. Qualifications

• Education – 4-year Business degree and / or 4-year Engineering Degree is required.
• Knowledge of financial analysis, income statement and balance sheets.
• Mechanical aptitude and ability to read mechanical drawings/blueprints.
• Strong communication and ethical teamwork required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and improve overall operations and business development across departments.
• Coordinate with GM and other departments to improve contracts, bids, and production efficiency.
• Expand markets, maintain customer rapport, and ensure quality, cost, and delivery targets.
