Job summary

Cygnus Manufacturing Company LLC seeks a seasoned Controller to lead financial operations for a manufacturing business. You will oversee accounting, reporting, treasury activities, and cost analysis to support growth and operational excellence.

You will partner with senior management to provide forecasting, pricing insights, and capital project evaluations, while ensuring compliance and strengthening internal controls in a dynamic production environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance.
• Minimum 10 years of hands-on accounting experience in manufacturing.
• MBA and/or CPA is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Oversee financial operations of the manufacturing business.
• Manage accounting processes and reporting to support growth.
• Direct treasury activities and banking relationships.
• Prepare internal and external financial reports.
• Provide analysis for budget, pricing, and cost control.
