Job summary

Blue Origin LLC is seeking a Technical Program Director to lead a portfolio of new products within Advanced Concepts and Enterprise Engineering. You will own the program lifecycle, manage schedules, budgets, and procurements, and align teams across engineering, supply chain, and leadership.

The role requires deep technical depth, business acumen, and executive presence to drive the roadmap and ensure on-time, on-budget delivery of complex spaceflight programs.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of program or project management experience in a development environment.
• Experience leading multidisciplinary development projects with requirements, scope, schedule, and cost.
• Strong written, communication and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead execution and management of program deliverables and customer statements of work.
• Manage cost, schedule, risk & opportunity, and change for one or more development programs.
• Coordinate planning with internal teams and suppliers to align with vehicle programs.
